The Restaurant Bossa, a gastronomic and music project, was inaugurated in a bold, tall and ecstatic wooden façade, in Alameda Lorena, in the Jardins in São Paulo. At 400m², the architecture project is signed by Rosenbaum and Multi Randolph.
Idealized by the businessman and DJ, Renato Ratier, known for being the owner of the trendy D-Edge, the new venture was still all decorated with retro furniture, which includes, for example, chairs by Brazilian designer Sergio Rodrigues.
The interior of the building has a strong connection between the decoration and the lighting part, as the incidence of light during the day in harmony with the pieces helps to compose the climate. In the outdoor area, at 250m², the house gathers a bar and space for events, a sound studio upstairs and a restaurant 24h.
For the owner, Renato, the theme Bossa comes from the meaning that the word has for him: blend. Combining styles, experimenting with drinks and musical experimentation are some of the attributes that the new space wants to attract its customers. In charge of the menu is the chef William Ribeiro, ex-The King’s Pote, and in the mixology the bartender Ricardo Basseto, who runs the school of drinks Arte Liquid.
