The Grasshopper’s Dream is a cafe with a difference located near the Gujeol-ri train station which is along the popular Auraji rail bike route near Jeongseon, South Korea. Housed in a train, the cafe is the shape of a grasshopper. It takes the form of two green grasshoppers whose legs support two old cars reworked and remodeled, serving as bodies to two insects, from which we can also see the antennae.
The construction is along a famous bike path, on which there are two other places of interest:a pair of equally massive fish and another pair of grasshoppers that are far more cartoonish in appearance. At night, the insect-themed cafe is illuminated by lights coming from below, presenting a great view of the dual bugs day or night.
