Oxygen Eco Tower
“Oxygen Eco-tower, your villa in the sky”. The design strategy aims at upgrading the traditional concept of villas, through a new residential tower reflecting a sustainable vision that develops upwards, to minimize the use of the soil in high-density cities. “Oxygen Eco-tower” is a residential building of 75 floors, with 161 villas.
The concept design is developed from the geometric model of a flower, an organic shape that becomes a reality thanks to the activity of an Italian Team. The project stands out for an eco-friendly approach, which aims to reduce pollution, land use and energy consumption from non-renewable sources.
The 161 villas, each one with private garden and swimming pool, are organized in 4 different typologies. Oxygen Eco-Tower integrates elegance, well- being and technology in the concept of vertical residence. Four different typologies of villas are repeated in sequence creating an amazing effect. Shops, restaurants, library, kindergarten, vip-lounge, cigar bar, SPA, tennis courts, running track and large swimming pools are part of the services that will provide a high quality of life to the residents.
Oxygen Eco-Tower, obtained a huge success at MIPIM 2015 in Cannes. The residential tower, designed by Progetto CMR and conceived to be an icon of Made in Italy in the world, is a winner project of Mipim Awards 2015.
During the Awards prize-giving Ceremony at the Palais des Festivals, Oxygen Eco-Tower has been awarded the “People’s Choice Award”, as best project among the 40 from all over the world, which participated at the competition.
