Bureaux de ville
Sidexa wanted its headquarters to be a readily identifiable building within the city, but it also wanted to limit the number of floors to encourage interaction and create a sense of synergy between the various departments.

Rue des Rosiers in Bourg-la-Reine is a relatively quiet street that allowed us to envision a simple relationship between the building and the city and to provide a certain sense of domesticity to the future workspaces. Despite being relatively hemmed in on the city side, the site is also highly visible on the RER side without being adversely affected by the railway’s drawbacks (slow speed and length of the trains). It is also very close to the station.

The Sidexa building does not have a front and back façade, instead two noble façades facing north and south, behind which the programs are carefully distributed to interact with both the city and the territory.

The Sidexa building’s architecture is simple, contemporary and open to the city. The distribution with a central core provides access to two separate, independent offices department on each floor.
Each floor has an outdoor space. Large terraces are located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors which can be used on an everyday basis as well as for special internal or promotional events.
