Descriptive memory:
The challenge of this project was to create a new image for the new restaurant, we could sin, without losing the warmth that characterizes it in its original place. The terrain is encased in very high neighboring medians, for which we had to contain the space with high concrete walls, using as reference the walls of the Ollantaytambo temple,
With a fabric of large concrete beams between these walls, they form a bucolic space on the first level where the first room is located and above it subtly leans a glazed box covered with a corten steel skin, which contains the second room.
From the entrance from the street, a different sensation is perceived when crossing these great beams in diagonal, that direct us to a waiting patio with a particular warmth.
At the bottom of the land, the whole area of service, kitchen, bathrooms, offices, cold rooms, pantry and culminating in the last level the boy’s school, The choice of noble materials, with contemporary image, generate a space and environment very warm, very fluid creating pleasant sensations for sinners
Project Description:
The challenge of this project was to create a new image for the new restaurant.
We without losing the warmth that characterizes it in its original location. The field is boxed between two high dividing neighboring, so we had to hold the space with high concrete walls, using as reference the walls of the temple of Ollantaytambo.
With a tissue of large concrete between these walls, we form a bucolic space on the first floor where is located the first room and subtly builds over this tissue a glazed box covered with a skin of Corten steel, which contains the second room.
From the entrance of the street is perceived to be distinct to cross these great diagonal beams, which leads to a holding area with a particular touch.
In the bottom of the field is located the service area, kitchen, bathrooms, offices, cold chambers, pantry and culminating in the last level of the school for the waiters.
The choice of quality materials with contemporary image space and an atmosphere very warm and very fluid. All these create pleasurable sensations for diners
